Magic Cookie Bars ----------------- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs 1 (14 ounce) can Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate morsels 1 cup butterscotch morsels 1 1/3 cups flaked coconut 1 cup chopped pecans Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In 13x9 inch glass baking pan melt margarine in oven. If you are using something other than a glass pan you would want to set the oven temperature to 350 degrees. In the pan mix the crumbs and butter. Flatten them out evenly across the pan. Pour the milk evenly over the crumb layer. Layer with the remaining ingredients. After the top layer is in place take a spatula and press firmly across the entire top. Bake approximately 25 minutes. The top should brown slightly. Cool them. Cooling them seems to work best by putting them in the fridge for a while. The can be cooled at room temperature also but it seems like they don't hold their consistency as well if they aren't cooled in the fridge for a while. Cut them.
